  • 2 tablespoons turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt or kosher salt
  • 1⁄4 cup olive oil
  • 1⁄4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes, drained of oil
  • 1⁄4 cup kalamata olives, chopped

Method
